Cruise Low Price Guarantee

At Travelocity, we want to make sure that you get the best price on your next cruise. That's why we came up with the following Guarantee:

To help you design the perfect vacation, we promise you'll have the best price, guaranteed. That means that if you see a lower price advertised within 24 hours of making your cruise booking on Travelocity, we will match the price or process a refund, see terms and conditions below.

All you have to do is fill out the online refund form providing us with the details of the lower advertised rate, which must be for the same ship, sailing date, and stateroom category as the cruise you booked with Travelocity. Once you submit the online refund form, a Customer Service Representative will review the details.

How Your Refund Will be Processed
      If a deposit has been made on your booking, then your final amount due will be adjusted to reflect the discounted rate.
      If full payment has been made on your booking, then you will receive a check reflecting the difference, which will be mailed to you approximately two weeks following your cruise.
Terms & Conditions
      In the unlikely event that you see the same cruise (same ship, sailing date, and stateroom category) advertised at a lower rate than the cruise you booked with Travelocity, we promise to match the rate or if you have already paid in full, refund the difference.
      Please note that our "Cruise Low Price Guarantee" only applies to rates available and advertised to the general public. It does not apply to group rates, incentive rates, or any other rates that are not available to the general public.
      Our "Cruise Low Price Guarantee" applies only to the cruise rate, including port charges. Add-ons including air, pre- or post-hotel packages, group amenities, shipboard credits, cash back, and/or dollars off are not eligible. Taxes and fees are not included.
      The lower rate must be available for booking when we are reviewing your request. You must meet the requirements for any rules associated with the lower advertised rate. Examples of requirements include residency, age, affinity groups, etc.
      You must submit the online refund request form within 48 hours of making your Travelocity booking in order to qualify for our "Cruise Low Price Guarantee". We will contact you about your refund after it has been received.
      Customers may also call a Customer Service Representative toll-free at (877) 815-5446 and the form will be filled out on their behalf.
 
Travelocity reserves the right to modify or cancel the Cruise Low Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any modification will be effective upon posting of modified Cruise Low Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions on the Travelocity Web site. Any cancellation will be effective upon removal of refences to the Cruise Low Price Guarantee on the Travelocity Web site. If the Cruise Low Price Guarantee is canceled for any reason, Travelocity will process the Cruise Low Price Guarantee requests submitted prior to the time the guarantee is canceled and issue any qualifying refunds or discounts.
